Adding Additional Users to your existing ZYTE Subscription

There are two parts to adding additional users:

Step 1.

Adding them in the ZYTE Dashboard on the Dialler menu.

Subscribing them to the on-boarding series of email tutorials.

Fill in the from below and the new Users in your organisation will receive a daily series of educational emails to help them become a ZYTE guru

Tick either or both:

Increasing the number of additional Users on your Subscription

Mobile and Desktop Customers:

Increasing the number of Users on your Subscription:

Go to Manage Subscription, click on the Login link, increase your subscription user number and you will be automatically charged on your credit card

Enterprise Customers:

Increasing your Enterprise User Ceiling:

Go to Manage Subscription, click on the login link. increase your subscription User number. Note that any increase in your ceiling will increase your base rate to 50% of your ceiling.
