There's so many different uses for ZYTE, maybe you'll even surprise us with the clever things you get to use ZYTE for!

Although our developers are very busy already, we're always interested in your ideas and requests. If you have any lightbulb moments or feature requests please let us know on the form below.

Rather than just requesting something like “Photo editing” Please follow the process below so we best understand, who is requesting, what you’d like to achieve, the benefits to you, how important it is, the financial implications, and how you see ZYTE benefiting.

For example:

As a Tree trimmer, I’d like both myself and the person on the other end of the call to be able to use editing tools on the photos I take when talking with a prospect. This will help us clarify detail on how much trees need to be trimmed back, what’s not to be touched, and give a record for later in case there are any arguments. This is very important to me as often what the customer sees in their mind’s eye and the finished job can differ, leading to disappointment rather than delight! It will financially benefit my business by being able to give more accurate quotes, getting more jobs and happy customers that refer their friends. Could be $1,000 per month or more? ZYTE would benefit as I’d be happy to pay a higher monthly subscription for this feature.
