How Enterprise Utility pricing works
There is a base number of licenses that you will be invoiced for each month which is a minimum of 10 and a ceiling number of licenses which can be up to double your base.
Included in the ceiling is one administrator license which uses the phone number of the person who subscribes for the organisation. If that person is an administrator only and does not use ZYTE for calling then there will be no charge for that license.
At the end of each month we run a report to see how many licences have been used and true up or true down.
